Payment Terms

Payment will be completed by cash or bank transfer. It will be agreed what payment method will be chosen at time of booking your appointment.
Payment details will be provided during the time of booking the appointment.
It is expected for the appointment to be paid for at time of booking or on the day of the appointment.

Private Medical Insurance

We currently do not accept private medical insurance. However, this may change in the future.

Refund Policy

Excluding extenuating circumstances, Kerry Read Physiotherapy sustains a no refund policy for all services where a full, honest and accurate service has been delivered and advertised, consented to and documented for.
Kerry Read Physiotherapy withhold the right to decide where the criteria of extenuating circumstances have been met and may require authorising evidence to authorise a refund.

Right of Refusal

If a member of staff feels unsafe or has been exposed to inappropriate behaviour (physical or verbal), they have a right to immediately cancel the appointment. If necessary details will be passed onto the police.
