About Kerry

Hi, I'm Kerry - The founder and sole practitioner at Kerry Read Physiotherapy.

I'm passionate about making physiotherapy both accessible and personalised.  My goal is to support every client on their unique journey toward strength, independence, and improved well-being.

I graduated with a First Class Honours BSc in physiotherapy and hold a level 4 qualification in  Strength and Conditioning. I have gained clinical experience across a range of specialities including trauma, orthopaedics, musculoskeletal care, paediatrics occupational health, neurological rehab and falls prevention physiotherapy- helping clients improve function, reduce risk of falls, and live more confidently.

My Mission

My mission is to make fitness and rehabilitation achievable. Through tailored, evidence based physiotherapy and training. I aim to help you build strength, regain control and live a more independent life.

A Bit About Me

Outside of work, you'll probably find me training at the gym, planning my next fitness challenge (did you know I ran the London marathon?) or planning my next holiday. I love staying active and pushing my limits, and I'm excited to help you do the same.

What Clients Say

"I was referred to Kerry after recently being diagnosed with Multiple

Sclerosis, which has caused me difficulty with walking, and I was having regular falls.

From day one, Kerry was amazing and supportive whilst I came to terms with my recent diagnosis.

Kerry was very knowledgeable and personalised the sessions to best suit my individual needs.  She was extremely patient and caring within the sessions and helped push me to meet my goals through showing me manageable strategies. Kerry made the sessions enjoyable, and we had a laugh, which was a nice distraction from the recent diagnosis I had received.

I would highly recommend Kerry to anyone!"
