A Little About Me
I'm Kerry, a qualified Physiotherapist and a Strength and Conditioning Coach. My career began in the NHS, where I gained experience across trauma and orthopaedics, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, paediatrics and neurological outpatients. I now specialise in helping people with neurological conditions improve their strength, balance and confidence. Combining expert physiotherapy with tailored strength and conditioning. Whether we work together in your home or online, my aim is always the same: to help you move better, feel stronger and live life to the fullest.
Why I Do What I Do
As we age, staying active isn't just about keeping fit. It's about keeping our independence, our balance and our joy in movement. For those living with neurological conditions, the right approach to exercise and therapy can be life changing, helping improve strength, mobility and confidence in day to day life.
I believe that physiotherapy and personal training should be accessible, flexible and designed around you, not the other way around. That's why I offer:

Falls Prevention and Balance Training: Practical strategies and exercises to reduce the risk of falls and keep you steady on your feet.

Neuro Adaptive Personal Training: Individualised personal training sessions to help you move better, safely and effectively, whatever your starting point.
