As we welcome a new year, it’s a great moment to pause, breathe, and recognise how far you’ve come. Whether the steps were big or small. Progress in health and recovery isn’t always loud or dramatic.
Sometimes it's:
Managing a symptom better than before
Feeling more confident with a movement
Finding a routine that works for you
Listening to your body with more kindness
Trying something new, even when it feels challenging
For 2026, I encourage you to focus on gentle, realistic goals that support your wellbeing. Not pressure, not perfection.

✨ Trust your body’s capacity to adapt
